SCOTT ELLISON - Drums & Percussion
Scott Has been studying percussion for over a decade in varying genres. He has performed solos in the Georgia Dome and other concert halls. He most recently studied at the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media under world class drummers Craig Harber, Eric Sanders, and Jack Jones, who also witnessed Scott’s ability to help musicians succeed in reading and writing music.
Scott’s teaching style centers around how enjoyable drumming is, even while teaching the fundamentals. He teaches students age seven through adult and focuses on his students learning and applying new ways of thinking....Before long, they realize how much fun it is! Scott is a relatable, energetic, and educational influence to many who want to learn various percussion instruments (drum-set, mallet instruments, etc.) He teaches percussion and drum lessons in Marietta, Acworth, Woodstock, Kennesaw
and the East Cobb areas.
