CLEAN LYRICS, ETC.) AND AGREE TO HOLD THE TEACHER AND HOMESTYLE MUSIC HARMLESS FOR DECLINING TO TEACH A PARTICULAR PIECE OF MUSIC. (2.) I UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST GIVE THE TEACHER DIRECTLY (NOT HOMESTYLE MUSIC'S OFFICE) A 48 HOUR NOTICE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR AN OFFERED MAKE-UP LESSON AND THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE MAKE UP LESSON ALLOWED PER MONTH. (3.) I UNDERSTAND THAT LESSONS ARE ONLY OWED ME WITHIN THE MONTH PAID FOR, LESSONS ARE CANCELLED IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE FIRST OF ANY GIVEN MONTH AND THAT WE REQUEST A 30 DAY CANCELLATION NOTICE ONCE ENROLLED. (4.) IN THE EVENT OF A SCHEDULED IN-PERSON LESSON, WITH A MINOR-AGED STUDENT, WHERE NO PARENT OR AUTHORIZED ADULT IS PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE LESSON TIME, THERE WILL BE NO LESSON, MAKE UP LESSON, OR FEE REIMBURSEMENT GIVEN. ** *
